2. User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate information when using our services and to cooperate during diagnostic and repair processes. All devices and data should comply with applicable laws and must not contain harmful or illegal content.

3. Appointment and Diagnostics

Scheduling a diagnosis via our form requires valid contact information. Our technicians will get back within 24 hours. The initial diagnostic service may be subject to fees based on the complexity and scope, which will be communicated beforehand.

4. Repair and Service Terms

All repair services are carried out with care to preserve your data and device integrity. However, koqukyi is not liable for any data loss or damages arising during service unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by our technicians.

5. Warranty & Guarantee

We provide a 30-day warranty on repairs, covering only the services and parts replaced by koqukyi. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, or third-party interventions.

6. Payment & Cancellation

Payment terms and service charges will be agreed upon before work commences. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid possible fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

koqukyi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service provided.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in compliance with applicable laws and GDPR standards. User information collected through our website is used solely to provide and improve our services.

9. Intellectual Property
